    Brought my Consew portable in for adjustment/tuneup and a new case. Aberoni kept it for a month. A called every few days and Roy Alberoni repeatedly told me he the parts had been shipped and would be there in two days. This went on for weeks, each call with a slightly different story. Bottom line, the machine was never repaired. They didn't even get around to the adjustment/tuneup. I finally picked the machine up this morning with nothing done to it. I will never be back!
