Chase Bank at 910 South Brookhurst Street, Anaheim, California.

I'm standing in a line for 10 minutes only one teller and no one else seems to care or want to help. Where is the manager to help? I don't bank with them nor will I ever. They like to have people waiting.

I would say that most Chase customers service are the best; however, this morning I went to this Chase branch and tried to deposit my check, there was one young lady at the corner reject rudely for my deposit. She tried to push me to deposit by the ATM machine or she won't deposit for me; even thought, I said that I did not want to do by the ATM machine. She also counted my check with wrong amount of money, but she said it was the right amount because she already check double. Then I just walk away with a sad day. After that I went to Chase at Katella and Euclid and they serve me very nicely. I love Chase !!!!
