Service could not have been worse. I'm a real estate agent and they were supposed to handle the doc signing for one of my clients that was traveling. They pushed the time back three times (originally 6:30pm to 7:30pm to 8:30pm to 9:30) and then finally said they couldn't make it by 9:30pm and what was latest they could arrive???). I called and spoke to a manager who said the notary got behind but was on her way and would arrive no later than 9:00pm. She never showed. We missed the closing date and it created a major issue. This was the second time we had a similar experience. Completely undependable service, contract notaries that are poorly supervised and managed and not held accountable to even the lowest of standards. I would avoid using this company at all costs.

They don't want to pay for the services performed. They reduced my fee of $20....because I did not fax back. The $20 fee CLEARLY says for eDocs NOT fax backs.
