Import Auto Clinic at 3401 East La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California.

I had hoped to write a positive review about Import Auto Clinic. I recommend shopping around on repairs. Seems like they up charge way too much!!! 9/12/2017 Brought my Audi in for a broken hood latch and oil change. Car is a 2003. I noticed they gave a full inspection for AAA customers. I asked for this. They called me with recommendations. Then called twice more informing me of new items to replace. I paid a total of $1813.97. On 11/06/2017 my car stopped in the fast lane of the freeway. Turns out my transmission went out. Apparently they did not inspect the transmission like they said they were going to go over my entire car!!! I was given a quote of $4600 for a rebuilt transmission from Import Auto Clinic and quoted $1800 with two year warranty from two other reputable mechanics. I did not present this to them but opted to tow my car from there. When I came to get the car I greeted David by saying hi how are you David and his response was “better than you” I never imagined getting spoken to like that!!!! He then charged me $118.00 for a supposed lab analysis of my transmission fluid although the invoice states: “drained fluid and found metal in fluid. No work was performed” He quickly told me dryly that they were locking up and rushed me out the door to wait for the tow truck outside in the dark and I’m a young woman!
