We came in on a Sunday and were thrilled they were open, as several other stores around there were not that day. Astrid approached us and asked thoughtful questions (and looked at our kitchen pictures) to help determine what style we were were looking for for our kitchen backsplash. She was incredibly helpful - and never pushy - in guiding us through several options to find the one perfect for us. Astrid turned what could have been a grueling task and a very long day into quite a pleasurable experience, which is saying a lot! When we asked her if she could recommend a good installer, she gave us a couple of names, one of which we chose and they did an excellent job. Overall couldn't be happier.
